No, we do not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over the brand or trademarks of the various food and beverage items we sell. We manufacture sample collections by repackaging existing products.

In doing so, we use factual statements to describe the source of the contents of these products. This in no way constitutes any form of ownership of, or rights to, the trademark of the brand of the contents, which we do not own. The labelling indicates the sealed, authentic package we opened and repackaged into our clean food-safe containers in a food-safe environment.

Any defects introduced by our manufacturing process are not the responsibility of the producer of the contents which we used.
