Chimichurri Sauce

Adding a few simple ingredients to the beautiful spice blend found in our World of Spices box, and will really boost the flavours and give you some versatility. 

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp Chimichurri Spice Mix
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/2 cup warm water
• 1/2 cup red wine vinegar

Directions

1. Blitz all ingredients together until well combined
2. Store in an air-tight container overnight in the fridge*
3. Pour contents into a small pan on medium-heat to warm up and reduce
4. Use as a sauce on top of grilled meats or vegetables
5. Enjoy!

* This step is optional. The longer you let the spices steep, the more accentuated the flavours will be.
